Data We Collect (Plain and Simple)

When you use unstandard.co, book a workshop, download resources, or join an event, we may ask for or receive:

• Contact Info: Name, email, company, job title—so we can send you resources, confirmations, or follow up as requested.
• Workshop or Discovery Info: Intake questionnaires, survey responses—because your answers help us deliver relevant, custom engagement.
• Automatic Data: Like most sites, we collect cookies, device/browser info, IP address, basic usage analytics (so we can improve what matters and drop what doesn’t).
• Event Interactions: If you sign up for a live/virtual event or schedule a call, we track details and engagement to make sure you get what you signed up for.

How We Use and Protect What You Share

• To provide you with Un_Standard experiences: Booking you in, sending reminders, sharing creative resources, event access, and giving you clarity at every turn.
• To improve our site, branding, and events: Analytics let us see what people love (or seldom use) so we can cut fluff and double down on what matters most.
• To keep our marketing timely—not spammy: If you get an email from us, it means you asked for it, registered for something, or opted in. We never sell your data.
• To deliver client projects or services: Only what’s necessary for project briefs, agreements, or movement-powered onboarding.
• Legal/Compliance: We comply with local/global data laws and any legal obligations.

We don’t do phishing, spamming, or selling your data to “partners” in the shadows. Your movement, your rules.

How Long and How Safe

• Your data is stored in secure systems, access is tightly managed, and we use encryption/protocols you’d expect from a clarity-obsessed movement.
• No method is completely “hacker-proof,” but we hold ourselves to a high standard—if anything goes wrong, we notify you immediately.

• Lawful basis: Consent, contract, or legitimate interest.

How Long and How Safe

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve its purpose, comply with regulations, and retain audit/history per relevant law. Want it deleted? Just ask.

Kids and Un_Standard

Un_Standard is a movement for business leaders, not children. We don’t knowingly collect from anyone under 16. If we do, let us know and we’ll correct or delete it.

Where Your Data Lives (and Stays Safe)

By using our site or joining an event, you agree your information might be processed in the US, UK, Canada or other locations with strong data security. We always use transfer mechanisms as required by law.

Other Sites, Other Rules

If we link to another site for inspiration, learning, or events, we can’t vouch for their privacy policies. Check theirs if you’re curious or concerned.

When the Policy Evolves

When the law—and our movement—evolves, so does this policy. We’ll post updates here, with the effective date at the top. Using the site after changes means you accept the new version.
